By accessing or using our website, platform, or any of our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hydrobillboard. By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Our Services

Hydrobillboard offers a unique advertising solution where brands can place their logos, designs, or messages on premium glass bottles that are distributed and used daily by consumers. Our Services include:

  • Design and production coordination of branded glass bottles

  • Advertising campaign management

  • Platform access for clients and partners

  • Related marketing and experiential services

 

3. User Accounts

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed through the platform are subject to acceptance by Hydrobillboard.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Late payments may attract interest and penalties.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, trademarks, and materials on the platform are the intellectual property of Hydrobillboard or its licensors.

  • By placing an order, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your brand assets (logos, trademarks, artwork, etc.) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • You represent and warrant that your brand assets do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

 

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

  • Upload or submit infringing, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

  • Resell or commercially exploit any part of the Services without permission

 

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hydrobillboard does not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • All bottle designs will meet your exact expectations

  • Your advertising campaign will achieve specific business results

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydrobillboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Hydrobillboard in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhubani, Bihar.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
